According to the General Data Protection Regulation (RGDP) – Regulation (EU) 2016/ 679 of the European Parliament and the Council – all personal data provided are subject to computer processing and are part of the database of QUADRINA. Therefore, all personal data provided, will be processed in accordance with the provision of RGDP, so that confidentiality and the safety of the data provided are assured. So, unless required by law, these data will not be given to any other entity.

QUADRINA complies with the best practices in the domain of safety and personal data protection, having for this purpose ongoing reasonable measures enforceable according to the current technical knowledge to avoid loss, misuse, change, illicit intrusion and subtraction of personal data.
